Since I first learned to take photographs, I have been captivated by the play of light and shadow.
There's nothing uncommon about that, most photographers feel the same way. I have some favorite pictures, and will be shooting more -- it's time for me to get involved in that beloved hobby once more.
This one is a window I found in San Jose one day.

I love the monochromatic. Cool when you can find that in real life. Nice work. (I'm a click whore too).

It's like Kevin says and it must've been a bit of a test watching the light dancing on the wall, difused through the cut glass. How many clicks did it take to capture this is what I'm thinking...or, as Tom Petty said, "the waiting is the hardest part." Although, that time spent and being rewarded with a terrific shot can also be a lot of fun. In any case, a wonderful piece.
